WINE MAKING FB15
Grapes from our vineyards planted on licorella slate terraces and hillsides in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and 20 years old vineyards nearby Porrera. The grapes are picked by hand into 10 kg boxes and undergo exhaustive classification on a double sorting table. Fermented in 15 and 30 hectoliter wood, steel and cement vats. Aged in French oak barrels, 60%new, for 12 months.
GRAPE VARIETIES
Uvas Cariñena (48%), Garnacha negra (22%), Syrah (23%) y Cabernet Sauvignon (7%) de nuestro viñedo plantado durante los años 2004, 2005 y 2006 en terrazas y “costers” de llicorella. La uva se recoge manualmente en cajas de 10 kg y se somete a una exhaustiva clasificación en dos cintas de selección.
